VICTORIA DAY-WILSON PHOTOGRAPHY

Previously a journalist, Victoria has worked as a digital marketer, online editor and writer. She studied Graphic Arts - Photography at Winchester School of Art, University of Southampton. She grew up in Kenya which inspired her love of nature photography from an early age. She is passionate about travel.

 

Victoria loves trying to capture the detail of the everyday beauty which surrounds us and is often overlooked. She usually focuses on nature, and symmetry, and often applies an abstract look with minimum editing using a macro lens, contrast and natural light.

She was commissioned to write and photograph a book on Belize, Living Abroad in Belize. She has lived and worked in East Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Central America. Back home in Kenya now, she is expanding her natural history photography and film skills.
